Participation is open to all persons interested in the Forensic Sciences. For more information on all of the disciplines covered please click here.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Symposium must register, including Invited Speakers, Discipline Contacts, Chairpersons, Delegates, Exhibitors and Sponsors. Please read the registration information below before you complete the online form.
Online registration is strongly encouraged.

** Please note: Only Full Time students are eligible for the Student Registration fee. A copy of your student identification card must be sent to the Symposium Managers via fax to + 61 2 9267 5443 or email. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

Important Registration Information
Credit Card Payment Online:
Online Registration is preferred. Please visit our secure website www.anzfss2010.com to register and book your accommodation in ‘real time’.
Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by arinex Pty Limited’.
Cheque/Money Order Placements:
All payments by cheque incur a $10 processing fee.
If you are unable to pay by credit card please click here to download a hard copy registration form. Registration forms must be accompanied with payment.
Cheque payments will only be accepted up until 26 July 2010. After this date, all registrations must be submitted online with credit card details at www.anzfss2010.com.
Cheques are to be made payable to ANZFSS 2010 Symposium Managers. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.
Faxing/Mailing Registrations:
Faxed or posted registration forms will only be processed/ confirmed if credit card details or cheque payment are accompanied with the form.
- You may not pay your fees by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
- Please refer to the website for full terms and conditions.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post (if you have not supplied an email address) with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the Symposium. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Symposium. At the symposium you will receive your name badge and delegate material.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Symposium Managers.
Registration Cancellations:
- Before 2 June 2010 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee.
- Before 26 July 2010 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
- After 26 July 2010 will receive no refund.
Accommodation:
- A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
- Deposit is non-refundable from 2 August 2010
Social:
- Payments are non-refundable from 26 July 2010
Tours:
- Payments are non-refundable from 26 July 2010
Entrance to Symposium
Each registrant of the symposium will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Symposium Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
